One Piece: Boa Hancock

A former Shichibukai member is Boa Hancock. She is also known as the ‘Snake Princess’ of Amazon Lily or the Pirate Empress. Boa is the leader of the Kuja tribe and the commander of the Kuja Pirates, along with her 2 sisters, Boa Sandersonia & Boa Marigold. She is the redeemed major villain of the Amazon Lily Arc, who fell in love with the major villain and future Yonko, Luffy, and eventually vowed both her love and fealty to him after learning he jabbed a supernatural dragon (who had previously been Hancock’s tormentors) and declared that he only disliked the World Nobles,  but not her.

She is a significant protagonist and a well-liked figure in the One Piece universe overall.

Boa Hancock: Voice

In the Japanese and English versions of the anime, respectively, she is voiced by Lydia Mackay and Kotono Mitsuishi.

Boa Hancock: Appearance

She is a tall, skinny lady with long black hair that falls beyond her waist and strands that surround her face almost to her chin. Boa also has huge breasts, a wide forehead, & bright brown eyes with long, thick lashes.

She constantly changes her clothes, showcasing her amazing sense of style. She was first seen wearing a revealing red shirt that displayed most of her chest, a loose skirt that revealed her long, slender legs, a white cape with red high heel pumps, and the green emblem of the Kuja. The cape also had epaulets similar to those found on the coats of senior Marines. She has always worn high-heeled shoes and a pair of gold earrings in the shape of snakes. The Kuja symbol is also sewn onto each of her clothing. Her appearance is the same from when she was originally presented, with the exception that it is now blue due to the time-skip.

Her Personality Throughout One Piece

Boa Hancock is an extremely nuanced individual. She gives off the impression of being egotistical, arrogant, spoilt, and used to getting her way. She can also be nasty and haughty, generally utilizing her unrivaled beauty to excuse her less-than-admirable behavior and making her feel as though she can get away with everything because everyone will be forgiving. Her society had the notion that the most attractive person is also the strongest. As a result, her unmatched beauty is connected to her strength, which is typically the explanation behind her big boasts of beauty forgiving. She is accustomed to watching men and women of all ages, irrespective of race, fall head over heels in love and desire with her beauty & strength. As a result, once she apologizes cutesy or after being alerted of her attractiveness, people frequently forgave her right afterwards.

When it comes down to it, Hancock is a fairly sensitive and frightened person who worries about how other people—especially the other Kuja—might respond if they learned the truth about the sad past that she & her sisters have endured. When she opens up, she also becomes much softer and more sensitive toward other people. Hancock has also proven to be incredibly cunning and devious when the occasion calls for it. She has also shown herself to be an expert storyteller who is highly effective at lying, and her confidence causes her to downplay or outright deny the possible repercussions of her actions.

Physical Abilities

She can easily destroy stone with a single kick, break a number of altered Pacifistas without struggling, and kick Smoker while he is in a smoke-like state. However, in all of those instances, she could be using Busoshoku Haki to enhance her kicks. Her raw strength is massive, showing obvious symptoms of super-human strength. She can outrun ‘Douglas Bullet’ in his enormous form despite the fact that he can outrun Gear 4 Luffy within this form thanks to her incredible speed.

Weaknesses

• Beauty Immunity: While most creatures are overcome by overwhelming emotions at the sight of her, pure-hearted people like Luffy are resistant to one of her branches of power.
• Hancock, like all Devil Fruit users, is incapable of swimming and may as well perish.
• Seastone: Due to the fact that Seastone has the ability to drain devil fruit energies, Hancock is similarly “susceptible” to it as most Devil Fruit users are.
• Hancock is susceptible to love sickness, just like the former empresses of Amazon Lily. Hancock, who acknowledges her love for Luffy, has helped her survive.
• The Celestial Dragons’ Claw The Celestial Dragons’ mark on Boa Hancock, like her sisters, is what makes her most vulnerable. Despite their high positions as rulers, she & her sisters might just have to depart Amazon Lily if they are exposed in order to protect the sanctity of their people.
